Mechanical Engineer

The Mechanical Engineer – Static Equipment is responsible for the design, specification, technical evaluation, and execution of static equipment packages for offshore oil and gas projects, with primary focus on pressure vessels, storage tanks, heat exchangers, and related equipment. This role acts as the Package Responsible Engineer (PRE) for static equipment, ensuring compliance with project requirements, international codes and standards, and client specifications. The engineer will be accountable for delivering safe, reliable, operable, and cost-effective equipment solutions, while supporting procurement, fabrication, inspection, installation, and commissioning phases. The Mechanical Engineer – Static Equipment will work closely with process, piping, structural, electrical, and instrumentation disciplines to ensure full integration of static equipment within the overall project design.
