Job Summary:
CareLinxby Sharecare is looking forLicensed Vocational Nurses (LVNs)to joinCareLinxby Sharecare.
LVNs have the opportunity to provide care to patients in a variety of settings including skilled nursing facilities, assisted living facilities, patients' homes, senior living centers, and hospital/clinical settings.We offer various shifts including day, night, weekdays, and weekends – choose the shifts to fit your schedule.
Essential Job Functions:
Provide care within your scope of practice potentially including helping with the preparation,implementationand continuing evaluation of the patient care plan; collecting, recording, and monitoring patient data, routine measurements, and vital signs; and administering immunizations and therapeutic injections as ordered by providers
Communicates with the care team as needed.
Completes,maintains, andsubmitsaccurateand relevant documentation.
Supervises ancillary personnel and delegates responsibilities whenrequired.
Ensures an atmosphere that allows for the privacy, dignity, and well-being of all residents in a safe, secure environment.

Qualifications:
Three months of nursing experience
Ability to communicate in English
Active Nursing License/Certification
Active CPR/BLS certification
Proof of COVID vaccination, including the first booster
Medical requirements includingphysicalsand TBtestmay berequired.
Additionaldocuments can be requested due to state laws and regulations, and some training requirements may be needed.
Salary: $30-$35/hour
