Senior UX Designer

We are looking for a Senior UX Designer to join our team delivering digital projects for clients in the financial sector. You will be responsible for designing user experiences based on data, research, and real business needs, co-creating web and mobile products used by thousands of users in an international environment.
In this position you will: •
Design and conduct quantitative and qualitative research (planning, execution, analysis),
Analyze user behavior using analytics tools and A/B testing,
Develop and evolve information architecture for digital products,
Recommend UX direction based on data, research findings, and business goals,
Design UX for websites, web applications, and mobile apps in line with WCAG guidelines,
Ensure quality and consistency of the user experience across the product or domain,
Work with UX KPIs and metrics (e.g., conversion, retention, task success),
Present and justify UX decisions to stakeholders,
Plan and conduct usability tests with users,
Prepare and facilitate design thinking / product discovery workshops and information architecture workshops,
Map customer journeys,
Contribute to the creation of digital product strategy,
Collaborate closely with UI and development teams in an international environment.
We are looking for you, if you: •
Have at least 4 years of experience in a similar role,
Have a portfolio with UX case studies,
Have experience designing websites, web applications, and mobile apps,
Work comfortably in Figma (wireframes, interfaces, prototypes),
Can identify user problems and optimize customer journeys,
Regularly use tools such as Customer Journey Maps and Personas,
Are familiar with current design trends (web/mobile),
Are curious, think critically, and are willing to challenge the status quo,
Have excellent command of Polish and English (spoken and written),
Are willing to travel internationally.
Additionally, we value

Practical knowledge of Design Thinking and Service Design,
Ability to audit digital products for accessibility and conversion optimization.
