Privileged Access Management (PAM) Analyst
Job description
This is a Hybrid role at NYC, NY.
Role Overview: The IAM Analyst manages the end-to-end user lifecycle (Joiners, Movers, Leavers) to ensure secure, efficient access across the organization. This role blends process automation, technical troubleshooting, and governance using SailPoint and ServiceNow.
Key Responsibilities
Lifecycle Automation: Identify and implement automation for JML processes; drive the rollout and onboarding of new applications in partnership with Dev and Ops teams.
Identity Governance: Coordinate Quarterly Access Certifications via SailPoint and provide logs/documentation for audit compliance.
Operational Support: Resolve IAM-related incidents and support tickets; manage provisioning requests via ServiceNow and SailPoint.
Integrated Design: Collaborate with Tech Leads, HR, and IT to align IAM technology with organizational needs and end-to-end design standards.
Change Management: Support system stability through active participation in change and incident management processes.
Qualifications
Experience: 3-4 years in Privileged Access Management (PAM) as well as CyberArk and other Secret Management tools.
Tools: Proficiency with SailPoint and ServiceNow (SNOW) is essential.
Skills: Strong analytical ability, high attention to detail, and excellent communication for cross-departmental collaboration.
Mindset: A proactive approach to troubleshooting and a commitment to maintaining a "least-privilege" security environment.
