Job description
- Achieve planned sales goals.
- Set individual sales targets with the sales team.
- Lead orientations with team for brokers companies.
- Develop, implement sales plans.
- Follow up Leads feedback.
- Track sales goals and report results as necessary.
- Oversee sales activities and performance of the sales team.
- Deliver ongoing training and coaching for the sales team.
- Develop sales team through motivation, counseling, and product knowledge education.
- Promote the organization and products.
- Understand our ideal customers and how they relate to our products.
- Analyze sales activities and set performance measures to support decision making.
- Prepare reports for management about Team performance.
- Develop new business opportunities to maximize sales revenue.
- Other duties may be added.
Experience in the same field (Real Estate) not less than 10 years.
Experience in the same title not less than 3 years.
Experience in Zayed area.
Must have a car.
Preferable to be a resident of Sheik Zayed.
