Job Summary We are seeking a skilled Software Developer with a strong background in Java and experience in building microservices. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of cloud technologies, database management with Cassandra/Postgres, and message brokers like Kafka. This role requires a proactive individual who can contribute to the design and development of scalable software solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain high-quality software applications using Java and Golang.
• Implement microservices architecture to enhance system scalability and performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Utilize cloud services to deploy and manage applications effectively.
• Work with databases such as Cassandra and Postgres to ensure data integrity and performance.
• Integrate messaging systems like Kafka for real-time data processing.
• Participate in code reviews and maintain coding standards.
• Troubleshoot and debug applications to optimize performance.

Mandatory Skills

• Strong proficiency in Java (deal breaker skill).
• Experience with Golang.
• Hands-on experience with microservices architecture.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, etc.).
• Knowledge of database technologies, specifically Cassandra and Postgres.
• Experience with Kafka or similar messaging systems.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies.

Qualifications
