As a Manager in our Financial Market - Treasury team, you will play a pivotal role in providing consulting services related to financial management and strategy. You will analyze client needs, develop tailored financial solutions, and offer guidance to help clients optimize their financial performance and achieve their goals. Within our Assurance practice, you will leverage your broad understanding of finance consulting to deliver comprehensive support and recommendations that align with specific business requirements.

As a Manager, you will lead teams and manage client accounts, focusing on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff. You are accountable for confirming project success and maintaining standards. Enhancing your leadership style, you motivate, develop, and inspire others to deliver quality. You are responsible for coaching, leveraging team members' unique strengths, and managing performance to deliver on client expectations. With your growing knowledge of how business works, you play an important role in identifying opportunities that contribute to the success of our Firm. Responsibilities

• Analyzing client needs to develop tailored financial solutions that optimize performance and decision-making
• Leading teams in the strategic planning and execution of financial consulting projects
• Utilizing financial modeling and economic forecasting to provide actionable insights and recommendations
• Monitoring and analyzing financial trends to identify opportunities for improvement and risk management
• Developing and implementing financial strategies that align with client goals and regulatory requirements
• Coaching team members to leverage their strengths and enhance their skills in financial management
• Collaborating with stakeholders to address complex financial challenges and deliver quality outcomes
• Upholding professional standards and compliance with accounting policies and regulations
• Encouraging innovation and embracing change to improve service delivery and client satisfaction

What You Must Have

• At least a Bachelor's degree in one of the following fields of study: Actuarial Science, Mathematical Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Mathematics, Economics, Other related fields of study
• At least 4 years of experience
• Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

• At least one of the following: Associate of the IAI / IFoA (or equivalent) Fellow of the IAI / IFoA (or equivalent) or Actively pursuing the Fellowship of the IAI / IFoA (or equivalent) Certification requirement may be waived if the candidate has more experience in the relevant field and demonstrates promotion readiness
• Demonstrating proficiency in financial risk management and financial modeling
