We offer consultancy services to high-profile clients globally in diverse service areas, such as: About this vacancy As a Tendermanager Infra / GWW at TMC, you play a key role in securing complex infrastructure projects. You lead the entire tender process-from strategy to submission-and ensure that technical expertise, process insight, and unique value come together in a winning plan. You collaborate with specialists in design, execution, cost estimation, and environmental management. You develop tender strategies, monitor planning, organize meetings, guide writers, and ensure a clear and persuasive final product. Whether it involves RAW, UAV-gc, or construction team contracts, you know how to direct the submission toward creating a top-scoring proposal. You are part of our Business Cell Civil Engineering and are given the freedom to contribute through your strengths to major projects, innovative tenders, and multidisciplinary teams. What we expect from you - A completed bachelor's or master's degree in Civil Engineering, Technical Business Administration, Architecture, or a similar field. - 3 to 8 years of experience as a tender manager, EMVI coordinator, process manager, or a comparable role. - Experience with UAV(-gc), RAW contracts, EMVI tenders, and tender teams. - You are structured, result-oriented, and capable of fostering meaningful connections between people. - Excellent written and communication skills. - You think strategically b...
