Role Overview
We are seeking an Adobe Workfront Enterprise Architect with strong expertise in Adobe Workfront, Workfront Fusion, and enterprise workflow solutions. The candidate will be responsible for leading end-to-end Workfront implementations, architecture design, configuration, integrations, and optimization initiatives.
The ideal candidate should have deep hands-on experience with Workfront configuration, Workfront Fusion, Adobe ecosystem integrations, workflow automation, and enterprise architecture. This role requires a combination of technical leadership, solution design, project delivery, and stakeholder management skills to drive successful Workfront adoption across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end implementation and delivery of Adobe Workfront solutions across enterprise teams.
- Design and architect scalable Workfront solutions aligned with business processes and enterprise standards.
- Configure and optimize Workfront objects, workflows, templates, custom forms, fields, reports, dashboards, portfolios, and programs.
- Develop and manage Workfront Fusion scenarios for process automation, system integrations, and workflow optimization.
- Configure integrations between Workfront and enterprise applications using APIs, connectors, and automation tools.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into Workfront solutions.
- Lead solution design discussions covering architecture, integrations, security, data flow, and deployment strategies.
- Establish Workfront governance, configuration standards, and best practices for enterprise adoption.
- Manage project scope, timelines, risks, dependencies, and delivery milestones.
- Facilitate project planning sessions, status meetings, technical reviews, and executive discussions.
- Monitor resource allocation, capacity planning, workload management, and delivery progress.
- Coordinate with technical teams, business analysts, administrators, and shared services teams.
- Track project KPIs and provide regular reporting and insights to leadership.
- Support change management, training, and user adoption initiatives.
- Ensure solutions meet enterprise standards for quality, security, scalability, and performance.
- Drive continuous improvement of Workfront processes, integrations, and engineering practices.
Required Technical Skills & Experience
- Strong hands-on experience with Adobe Workfront architecture, configuration, and administration.
- Extensive experience with Workfront Fusion for workflow automation and system integrations.
- Experience configuring:
- Workfront workflows and approval processes
- Custom forms and fields
- Templates and project structures
- Portfolios and programs
- Reports and dashboards
- User roles, access levels, and permissions
- Experience integrating Workfront with enterprise applications using:
- REST APIs
- Webhooks
- Connectors
- Middleware/integration platforms
- Strong understanding of Adobe Experience Cloud ecosystem and integration patterns.
- Experience with enterprise workflow automation and digital operations platforms.
- Knowledge of system architecture, APIs, databases, security, and deployment practices.
