ROLE SUMMARY

The Senior Product Manager will own the strategy, roadmap, and execution for enterprise tools that help restaurant brands manage their e-commerce operations at scale. This includes building internal and customer-facing workflows for onboarding, catalog and menu management, ordering operations, integrations, reporting, and admin tools that improve the restaurant digital commerce experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Define and drive the product vision and roadmap for enterprise restaurant e-commerce tools.
  • Partner with engineering, design, operations, sales, customer success, and implementation teams to deliver scalable solutions.
  • Identify friction points in enterprise restaurant workflows and prioritize product improvements using customer feedback, data, and market insights.
  • Build and maintain tooling for restaurant administration, merchant management, order operations, user permissions, and platform integrations.
  • Establish success metrics, OKRs, and product analytics to track adoption, efficiency, and business impact.
  • Lead discovery with enterprise restaurant customers to understand operational needs across multi-location and complex brand environments.
  • Translate business requirements into clear product requirements, user stories, and launch plans.
  • Support go-to-market efforts by enabling internal teams with product education, documentation, and feature positioning.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 5-7+ years of product management experience, with experience in B2B, enterprise SaaS, ecommerce, or restaurant technology.
  • Experience building platform tools, admin systems, or operational workflows for complex users and organizations.
  • Strong analytical skills, including use of product metrics, experimentation, and data-driven prioritization.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally in fast-paced environments and manage multiple stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication and prioritization skills, with a track record of shipping high-impact products.

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE

  • Restaurant, food service, hospitality, or digital ordering experience.
  • Experience with APIs, integrations, payments, commerce systems, or multi-tenant enterprise platforms.
  • Familiarity with customer journey mapping, usability testing, and workflow optimization.
  • Experience supporting external customers and internal teams through launch, rollout, and adoption.

Pay and Benefits (USA)

  • Salary is $135,000 - $165,000 DOE
  • Health Benefits: All full-time, regular employees and their dependents are eligible for medical, dental, vision and FSA benefits. Additional health benefits include Healthcare and Dependent Care reimbursement programs, Employee Assistance Program (“EAP”) and Optum Care 24-hour confidential medical counseling services.
  • Holidays: The company observes ten (10) paid holidays per calendar year.
  • Paid Time Off (PTO): Full-time, regular employees earn 15 days of PTO in the first 12-months of continuous service, and 22 days in subsequent years. Eligible part-time employees earn pro-rated PTO.
  • Retirement: Effective with your employment start date, you will be eligible to participate in the 401(k) Plan.
