Identify regulatory risks, formulate remediation plans, and challenge first‑line functions where necessary

Support the annual Compliance Risk Assessment and provide high‑quality input on investment‑services risk scenarios

Projects, Transformation & Digitalization

Play a senior role in cross‑bank strategic projects, including digital advisory platforms, remote distribution models, and evolution of investment products

Collaborate with IT and business owners to ensure system developments meet MiFID and conduct‑of‑business requirements

Training, Culture & Stakeholder Engagement

Deliver high‑impact training to senior stakeholders, commercial networks, and internal functions

Act as a promoter of UniCredit’s culture of ethics, transparency, and responsible business conduct

Support internal working groups and governance bodies with senior‑level contributions

Regulatory Relations & Reporting

  • Prepare high‑quality documentation for internal audit, compliance committees, and supervisory engagements
  • Support interactions with regulators, ensuring consistent and accurate communication of the Bank’s position on MiFID and Investor Protection themes

Skills you should have
