Mechanical Engineer R&D

As a Mechanical Engineer with CG D&A you will have the opportunity to contribute to all parts in the product development process. Together with electrical- and software engineers you will form products from concept to launch. The projects that you will be involved in are cross-functional. We can promise stimulating collaborations with our sub-tier suppliers, who are considered as development partners. You will work with modern design systems, for example Solid Works.

Education and experience You have a degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent and have 3-5 years’ of experience in product development or design. Experience within the mechanics of industrial pre-series production made up of both mechanics and electronics is a plus.

To be successful we believe that you have knowledge how to design components made of sheet metal, casting, injection molding. Our main products are frequency inverters and softstarters, therefore some knowledge about encapsulation of electrical equipment needed. As a person you are dedicated, innovative, structured, analytic and self-going. You also need to have good communication skills. The position requires good knowledge in English.
