The position of Manager for Market Support Center gives the challenge to work in an End to End mind-set from early tenders all the way to supply of buses to customers. Via customer adaptations, production program, order validation, product & delivery planning. You will have two direct reporting managers with in total ~15 employees. You interact in many networks within chassis operation. In this role you need to be very skilled in both customer-care, understanding of End to End process and the product in itself. Your primary focus will be to take the next step to be a true End to End integrator in the bus chassis business. The Market Support Center Manager reports to the Plant Manager and is a part of the plant management team.

Challenges Create understanding for our strategies and a clear sense of direction and focus. Always with, putting our customers and markets needs in center Build relationships with customers and key stakeholders and develop understanding of customer practices/issues Lead and support the organization so as to, always consider problem solving of the “Root Cause” Lead and develop a culture of continuous improvement within the organization through team development Tasks within Your area Customer adaptation preparation and procurement.Order support and validation Ownership of the production program, planning and supply chain planning
