An exciting opportunity has arisen as we are searching for our next talent to join our Part Logistics Network Support team in Borås. As Team Leader Customer Support you are leading a team of coordinators working with Parts Logistics Network Support for the Nordic region. The position consists of supporting and coaching of the team, planning and implementation of working processes, project leading of solutions and more. You have many points of contact on a daily basis both external with dealers and internal with both the sales and after sales organizations in Nordic and France. This is a full time position located in Borås. Desired start date is as soon as possible.

Main responsibilities

  • Guarantee dealer satisfaction concerning logistics
  • Coach and support the network operation group
  • Plan and implement future actions
