  • UT Health Jacksonville features 33 operational beds, an ICU, a 24-hour ED designated as a Level IV trauma center and acute stroke ready facility, a maternity unit, advanced diagnostic technology, surgical suites, cardiopulmonary rehabilitation, a wound healing center, and a UT Health East Texas Olympic Center fitness and rehabilitation facility.

The Patient Services Representative functions as a patient services professional in a call center or clinical front desk environment.

Qualifications

Job Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience posting payments and charge entry.
  • Basic personal computer skills and comfort with Microsoft Windows operating system; database and word processing skills required.
  • Patient record documentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 2 years recent experience in a clinic or healthcare setting.
