Regional Maintenance Manager III Canton, Ma

We are looking for Experienced Maintenance Manager for our 3000 unit Luxury Apartment Portfolio in New England. Located in Canton 3 Miles off Rt 128

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage use of Yardi Voyage Maintenance IQ and Mobile App
• Responsible Curb appeal and Cleaniness
• Responsible for Safety and Security
• Enforce, maintain and update Policies and Procedures Handbook
• Manage Inventory equipment, tools and stock
• Manage HR hiring on Indeed and Craigslist
• Responsible for PM program

Qualifications

• The ideal candidate will have managed maintenance for multiple apartmenty communities
• Supervised maintenance technicians and property supervisors
• Knowledge of carpentry, electrical, plumbing and HVAC
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
• Candidate should be proficient at using Yardi Voyager Maintenance
• Must be available for emergency situations including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• A valid driver’s license and a good driving record
• Availability to travel throughout New England
