As an integral member of the clinical team, you’ll support multiple providers while helping create an efficient, productive, and patient-centered practice. What You’ll Do • Provide chairside assistance during cosmetic, restorative, implant, endodontic, and general dental procedures • Prepare treatment rooms and ensure all instruments and materials are ready before each appointment • Take digital radiographs, intraoral photographs, and digital impressions • Assist with patient education and post-operative instructions • Maintain OSHA, HIPAA, and infection control compliance • Sterilize instruments and maintain operatories • Support efficient patient flow and productive scheduling • Work collaboratively with doctors and team members to deliver an exceptional patient experience • Maintain accurate clinical charting and documentation Practice Highlights • Established Private Practice (12 Years) • 5 Providers • 2 Hygienists • 12 Team Members • 5 Operatories • PPO & Fee-for-Service Practice • Open Dental Practice Management Software • Dexis Digital Imaging • Weave Patient Communication • iTero Digital Scanner • Straumann Implant System • Innovative, Team-Oriented Culture Schedule Monday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM Tuesday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM Wednesday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM Thursday: Administrative / MGE Training Day Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM Saturday & Sunday: Closed If you’re looking to grow your career in a progressive private practice that values teamwork, innovation, and exceptional patient care, we’d love to hear from you. Requirements • Current California Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) License • Current CPR/BLS Certification • Minimum 2 years of chairside dental assisting experience preferred • Experience assisting with cosmetic, restorative, crown & bridge, implant, and endodontic procedures • Digital radiography experience required • Experience using Open Dental preferred • Experience with Dexis imaging systems preferred • Experience using an iTero digital scanner is a plus • Strong understanding of OSHA, HIPAA, and infection control protocols • Excellent communication and patient education skills • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, high-performing environment • Positive, professional, and team-oriented attitude • Experience working in an MGE (Management by Objectives) practice or familiarity with MGE systems and practice philosophies is highly preferred • Passion for delivering exceptional patient care while contributing to practice growth, efficiency, and daily production goals Benefits • Medical Insurance • Dental Benefits • Paid Time Off • Paid Vacation • Paid Holidays • Bonus Structure • 401(k)
