Pest Management Professional/Termite Inspector: South Bay Area

Full-time: Half-Time Branch II Technician and Half Termite Inspector
- Discuss general pest ID, behaviors and strategies (IPM) of control with customers.
- Detect and solve the pest issue, if Branch II.
- Perform Termite inspections.
- Call, sell, and schedule fumigations, termite treatments, and fumigation estimates.
- Write up termite reports, NOCs.
- Perform termite treatments, as needed.
- Set pricing for various treatments and plans with customers.
- Choose and mix materials, apply materials correctly, safely and legally.
- Create positive relationships with the customers and co-workers.
- Organize and coordinate route data every month, set daily schedule, and answer needs of office and customers.
- Complete daily paperwork required of company and regulatory agencies.
- Drive a vehicle safely and legally.
- Care for truck, equipment, tools and uniforms appropriately.

The Compensation and Benefits
- Average compensations is $60,000 - $70,000.
- Base hourly pay during probation (3 months) and an additional bonus or commission structure once a route and/or inspection schedule has been assumed and managed well.
