Department/Specialty: Pre Op
Schedule: PRN day shift, Mondays through Fridays only, hours and days may vary:
7:30am-4:00pm
5:30am-2:00pm
5:30am-6:00pm
How you'll make an impact in this role
- Lead the execution of personalized care plans, ensuring every clinical intervention is tailored to meet the unique physical and emotional needs of your patients.
- Monitor and communicate patient milestones with precision, acting as the essential link between real-time bedside observations and the broader medical strategy.
- Coordinate the multidisciplinary care team to ensure seamless collaboration across all specialties, providing a unified and holistic healing experience for the patient.
- Execute physician and nursing orders with clinical excellence, maintaining the highest standards of safety and accuracy in every treatment provided.
- Champion the discharge planning process by collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure patients and their families have a clear, confident, and safe transition back to their homes.
What minimum qualifications you'll need
Licensure / Certification / Registration
- BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
- Registered Nurse credentialed from the Oklahoma Board of Nursing required.
Education
- Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR professional licensure at time of hire required.
