We are looking for a People & Culture Specialist!

What You'll Do
- Manage the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding and offboarding.
- Support recruitment activities and coordinate with hiring managers.
- Handle employee relations and provide day-to-day HR support.
- Assist in implementing HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Coordinate performance management and employee engagement initiatives.
- Organize learning, development, and internal culture activities.
- Maintain accurate HR records and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Support payroll, attendance, and other HR operations when needed.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in HR, People & Culture, or HR Operations.
- Previous experience in an Advertising, Marketing, Creative, or Events agency is a must.
- Strong understanding of HR operations and employee relations.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace. Experience with HR systems is a plus.
