Are you our new Senior Software Developer?

Be part of a key product team at the center of our company’s digital transformation. We are heavily investing in scalable, self-service platforms to stay ahead in the market—and you’ll play a critical role in shaping their architecture and future.  

In this role, you’ll primarily focus on backend development of a modern, high-performance platform serving over 70,000 clients across 20 countries. You’ll design and build scalable, cloud-native services, contribute to system architecture, and work in an agile, product-oriented environment where technical ownership and ideas are valued.

What you will do:

• Design, develop, and maintain backend services and APIs  
• Take ownership of high-complexity modules and system components  
• Contribute to system architecture and technical design decisions  
• Implement scalable and reliable event-driven solutions  
• Participate in Agile ceremonies  
• Drive improvements in performance, reliability, and development practices  
• Share knowledge and mentor other developers  
• Collaborate with frontend developers (when needed) to ensure seamless integration  

What we´re looking for:

• 5+ years of experience with Java  
• 3+ years of experience with Spring Boot  
• Strong experience designing and building microservices / REST APIs  
• Hands-on experience with Kafka or event-driven architectures  
• Experience with PostgreSQL  
• Understanding of distributed systems, scalability, and performance optimization  
• Good understanding of building applications from scratch (architecture through delivery)  
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills  
• Good English communication skills (spoken and written)  

Frontend (nice to have):  

• Experience with JavaScript  
• Basic understanding of Angular (17+) or similar frameworks  
• Familiarity with SPA concepts  

Additional advantages:  

• Experience with Elasticsearch  
• Experience with Keycloak / RH SSO or similar authentication solutions  
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and containerization (Docker)
