Customer Service Specialist- Industry

About this Position

Act as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for assigned customers within the Industry segment, managing the end-to-end Order-to-Cash process with a strong customer-centric, operational, and strategic approach. Ensure high service levels, reliable supply, and continuous improvement of customer experience and business performance.

What you´ll do

Key Responsibilities

• Manage an assigned customer portfolio, acting as the main point of contact and building strong customer relationships.
• Oversee the end-to-end order process, ensuring timely execution and resolution of operational issues.
• Manage complex inquiries related to product availability, MTO/MTS strategies, lead times, and supply constraints.
• Prioritize orders based on business impact, customer needs, and product availability.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure service excellence and align commercial requirements with operational capabilities.
• Monitor service performance and drive continuous improvement through KPI management.

• Proactive, agile, and comfortable working in complex, fast-paced environments.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
• Quick learner with the ability to understand technical products, processes, and supply chain dynamics.
• Strong ownership, accountability, and end-to-end business perspective.

What makes you a good fit

• 3–6 years of experience in Customer Service, Order Management, or Supply Chain roles.
• Strong understanding of Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes.
• Experience working with SAP, Service Cloud, or similar ERP/CRM systems.
• Proven ability to manage customer relationships in a front-facing or SPOC role.
