About the Role
As a Laboratory Technician, you’ll support quality assurance by conducting chemical, physical, and microbiological testing across production stages. You’ll help maintain accurate data, ensure compliance with specifications, and contribute to continuous improvement in product quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform lab testing on raw materials, in-process and finished products
- Operate and calibrate lab equipment (e.g. refractometer, spectrophotometer, titrator)
- Record and maintain accurate quality data and sample libraries
- Prepare chemical solutions and microbiological media
- Support production decisions to meet product specifications
- Maintain lab cleanliness, equipment and consumables
About You
- Previous lab experience (food or manufacturing highly regarded)
- Strong attention to detail and quality focus
- Good communication skills and team mindset
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
