Position Overview

Seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor to oversee electrical operations, ensure safety compliance, and support daily workflow in an industrial environment. This role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and the ability to manage teams and troubleshoot electrical systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily electrical activities
• Lead and support electrical technicians and maintenance staff
• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain electrical systems and equipment
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and electrical codes
• Review electrical plans, schematics, and work orders
• Monitor workflow, assign tasks, and verify work quality
• Communicate with management regarding progress, issues, and resource needs
• Perform additional duties as assigned

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Electrical Supervisor or Lead Electrician
• Strong knowledge of industrial electrical systems
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and blueprints
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced industrial environment
• Reliable, safety‑focused, and detail‑oriented
• PPE required: steel-toe shoes, hard hat, safety vest, gloves, safety glasses
