Senior Loan Officer

Location : Phnom Penh, Sihanouk Ville

This role involves promoting and selling loan products, assessing borrower documents, conducting field visits, appraising collateral, and maintaining client relationships. It requires knowledge of banking and real estate laws, as well as the ability to work under pressure.

Main Responsibilities

• Promote and sell loan products.
• Collect and investigate documents for loan assessment.
• Analyze borrowers business plans and financial status.
• Conduct field visits, appraise collateral, and write loan analysis reports.
• Build and maintain good relationships with clients and authority officers.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the line manager.

Main Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Banking or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in loan sales.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Good understanding of Cambodian banking laws, real estate laws, and contract laws.
• Knowledge of loan disbursement operating manuals and guidelines.
• Honest, flexible, and hardworking.
• Willingness to work well under pressure.
