Job description

Job description We are currently searching for a highly motivated General Affairs Administrator to join our company. CORE ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES [40% The function of support in-house activities]

  • Supporting various in-house activities to improve the treatment of employees
  • Purchase office equipment
  • Efficient office space
  • Layout to maintain a comfortable office environment [15% The function of coordinating between departments]
  • Communicate horizontally between departments, or deliver vertical information
  • Equipment and machinery used in their departments must be in good working order
  • Correct the problem or alert repair personnel
  • Request new equipment or supplies for their department when necessary [15% The function of assisting manager]
  • Preparatory work from the previous stage so that management can establish management plan
  • Support staff business trip
  • Vehicle Management
  • Preparing web slip & reconciliation [10% The function of Asset management]
  • Manage fixed assets efficiently (Building maintenance with Bldg. Mgr., Corp. Housing management, etc.)
  • Comprehensive Asset Management (Procurement/inventory control of office stationery and pantry supplies, Record keeping of office assets, Vehicles, etc.) Access security management (IT support, Access cards, DVR, etc.) -[20% Additional R&Rs]
  • Coordinate administrative activities throughout the company to ensure efficiency and maintain compliance with company policy
  • Manage emails, letters, packages, phone calls and other forms of correspondence
  • Create and update databases and records for financial information, personnel and other essential data
  • Submit reports and prepare proposals and presentations as needed
  • Support and plan company events and activities
  • Point of contact and communicate with immigration lawyers for employee visas, paperwork, and other procedures

REQUIREMENTS

  • Education: Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • 1-2 years of relevant experience preferred
  • Bilingual in Korean/English required
  • Attention to detail, thorough, highly organized, efficient, and excellent time management skills
  • Strong MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Must have a valid drivers license Support bookkeeping and budgeting, expense procedures for the company
