LMD Project Manager
Job description
Primary Responsibilities: -Strong analytical aptitude with a validated ability to analyze/interpret data, with an emphasis on transportation -Experience working with enterprise level logistics systems, such as a Transportation Management System, Yard Management Systems, or Warehouse Management System is required.
- Experience working Home Appliances LMD or white glove service is very desirable.
- Exceptional collaborator and communicator with equal skills in attention to detail and follow through.
- Ability to cut through complexity and help the team reach decision as issues and opportunities emerge during commercialization -Help instill a proactive culture and provide training & coaching to quickly ramp up operations.
- Conduct regular team meetings to analyze periodic goals and objectives. Improve operational effectiveness, reduce costs, and drive reliability in the supply chain
- Create, develop, incorporate, and integrate needed processes into SOP. Keen sense of industry technology that will increase departmental accuracy, efficiency, and production.
Requirements: -Minimum of Bachelors degree.
- Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Procurement, and Product
- Life Cycle is a plus -Travel required: 25%
- 10 + years of experience in Project Management, Logistics, Supply Chain, Returns Management, or Distribution in builder market/industry Project Management software experience is required Able to work for extended hours as needed to complete the project. -Strong dynamic leader who demonstrates a collaborative approach while identifying and solving issues.
