Registered Nurse – Emergency Room

We are hiring Registered Nurses for the Emergency Room to join a fast-paced acute care environment. This is an excellent opportunity for early-career RNs , including those with less than one year of experience, who are looking to build strong clinical skills in emergency medicine while working within a collaborative healthcare team.

Key Qualifications

Active Oklahoma RN license or multistate compact RN license

BLS certification required

Associate Degree in Nursing or higher

Less than 1 year of RN experience welcomed

Acute care or ER exposure preferred

Key Responsibilities

Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care using the nursing process

Provide age-appropriate, culturally sensitive, and patient-centered care

Accurately document all aspects of patient care

Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams

Support patient discharge planning and education

Participate in performance improvement and ongoing education activities

Apply independent judgment in clinical decision-making within established guidelines

Compensation & Benefits

Base salary: $62,056 – $96,203
