CFO / Finance Director / AVP-Level

We are partnering with organizations in seeking highly experienced and dynamic finance leaders to join their growing team. This is a great opportunity to be part of their executive group and play a key role in shaping the companys financial direction, operational efficiency, and long-term growth.

We are pooling candidates for the following positions

Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

Finance Director

AVP - Finance

Location: Around Metro Manila, Calabarzon only

Compensation: Up to 600K monthly

As part of the leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the organizations entire finance function, including financial planning and analysis, budgeting, forecasting, risk management, compliance, and overall financial performance. You will collaborate closely with senior management to develop and execute strategies that support business objectives and ensure sustainable growth.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the companys financial strategy and long-term planning

Oversee financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting processes

Ensure strict compliance with regulatory requirements and internal controls

Drive cost efficiency, operational improvements, and risk mitigation initiatives

Manage relationships with banks, auditors, and other external partners

Provide strategic financial insights and recommendations to the executive team

Mentor and build a high-performing finance team

Qualifications

Proven track record in senior finance leadership roles (CFO, Finance Director, AVP, or similar)

Deep expertise in corporate finance, strategic planning, and financial management

Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills

CPA license or MBA degree is an advantage

Must be willing to work on-site within Metro Manila
