Integrated Marketing Manager

We are looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to lead integrated marketing strategies across digital and traditional channels . This role is responsible for driving brand visibility, supporting sales growth, and executing high-impact campaigns in a fast-growing, multi-branch business environment.

The ideal candidate is both strategic and hands-on , with strong leadership experience and a proven track record in campaign planning, execution, and performance evaluation.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies aligned with business and sales objectives

Lead end-to-end campaign planning, execution, and post-campaign analysis

Ensure brand consistency across all ATL, BTL, and digital channels

Oversee digital marketing initiatives including Facebook Ads, TikTok campaigns, and content execution

Manage traditional marketing activities such as events, activations, and outdoor advertising

Collaborate closely with Sales, Operations, and other internal teams to support growth initiatives

Monitor campaign performance using data, reports, and customer insights to guide decisions

Manage marketing budgets, suppliers, and agency partners

Lead and develop the marketing team to ensure timely and effective execution of initiatives

Support branch-level and regional marketing activities, including occasional travel

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field

Minimum 5 years of relevant marketing experience , with demonstrated people management exposure

Strong background in Retail, FMCG, or Multibrand business environments

Proven experience handling both digital and traditional marketing

Hands-on experience with Facebook Ads and TikTok marketing

Working knowledge of basic design tools (e.g., Canva, Photoshop )

Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills

Strategic thinker with the ability to translate insights into actionable campaigns

Willingness to travel as required for branches and marketing activities

Cebu-based candidates are highly preferred
