Quality Technician

Job Requirements

• Minimum Certificate / SKM / Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical / Electrical / Mechatronic / Polymer) or related field.
• At least 1 year of working experience in a related field; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Familiar with basic quality inspection tools and measurement techniques is an advantage.
• Willing to work on rotating shift patterns.
• Must be willing to work in Senai, Johor.

Job Responsibilities

• Perform in-process and appearance inspections during production to ensure product quality standards are met.
• Conduct dimensional measurements using CMM, Smartscope, Videoscope, and other precision measuring equipment.
• Ensure all measuring instruments are properly maintained, calibrated, and stored correctly.
• Record inspection data and compile Statistical Process Control (SPC) reports accurately.
• Prepare and set up measurement processes for new parts for customer approval.
• Assist in identifying and reporting quality issues for continuous improvement.
• Perform any other tasks assigned by supervisor or management.
