Enterprise Application Integration Engineer 2246

in the Integration Operations team, we are passionate about middleware and integration technology. We are looking for an hands-on Application Support Specialist with solid background in application support, integration operations, or middleware support who can work independently on complex technical issues.

In this role, you will deliver second-level support, platform monitoring, and performance tuning, ensuring availability and managing error rates to maintain uninterrupted service continuity. You will provide advanced troubleshooting expertise for complex technical issues across our client platform

You will play a critical role in collaborating with developers, infrastructure teams, and vendors to define and optimize integration patterns while maintaining comprehensive and up-to-date support documentation. Additionally, you will perform in-depth root cause analysis and coordinate effectively with engineering teams to drive timely and sustainable resolutions.

You will ensure that all agreed targets and Service Level Agreements are met, driving operational excellence.

Must Have

• Hands-on experience in Enterprise Application Integration , with expertise in either:
• IBM Integration Technologies: IBM ITX/WTX, along with in-depth knowledge of EDI standards and message transformation. Strong understanding of industry-standard data formats including ANSI X12, EDIFACT, RosettaNet, XML, IDocs, JSON, and proprietary fixed-length/delimited formats. Ability to analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve complex mapping, translation, and integration issues across end-to-end business flows.
• OR Azure Integration Services: Hands-on experience with Azure Event Hub, Function Apps, Azure Service Bus, Logic Apps, Cosmos DB, Azure Monitor, and Kusto Query Language (KQL), AKS Kubernetes. Strong understanding of Azure integration architecture, event-driven solutions, messaging patterns, monitoring, and production support. Azure certification is highly preferred.
• Troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills with the ability to diagnose production issues across multiple integration layers, including application, middleware, messaging, and infrastructure components. Experience in handling high-priority production incidents, identifying root causes, implementing permanent fixes, and preventing recurrence by analyze application logs, middleware logs, and infrastructure logs .
• Understanding of integration architecture , message lifecycle, middleware concepts, message routing, transformation, validation, and error handling.
• Linux/Unix administration knowledge , including command-line utilities, process monitoring, file system management, permissions, and production troubleshooting.
• Good understanding of communication protocols including HTTP, HTTPS, FTP, FTPS, SFTP, AS2, MQ, and REST APIs. Ability to troubleshoot connectivity, certificate, authentication, encryption.
• Experience in production support environments , including monitoring, incident resolution, service restoration, problem management, and change implementation while meeting SLA commitments.
