About the Role

We are seeking a Chief Engineer to direct engineering operations for infrastructure, systems, or product-based projects across the Caribbean.

Responsibilities

Oversee technical design, implementation, and performance standards

Manage multidisciplinary teams and contractors

Ensure quality assurance, regulatory compliance, and safety

Lead engineering planning, budgeting, and innovation

Requirements

Bachelors or Masters in Engineering (Civil, Electrical, Mechanical, etc.)

10+ years in engineering leadership

Caribbean/regional experience preferred

Licensure or PE designation is a plus
