Registered Nurse (RN) – Medical-Surgical

Position Overview

Tap Healthcare Solutions is seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) – Medical-Surgical to join a dedicated inpatient team in Las Cruces, New Mexico . In this role, you will provide comprehensive nursing care to adult patients with a wide range of medical and surgical conditions while collaborating with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.

The Medical-Surgical RN will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care while promoting safety, quality, and evidence-based practice. This position offers competitive compensation ranging from approximately $67,000 to $85,000 annually based on experience and the opportunity to grow within a collaborative acute care environment.

Required Qualifications

• Active New Mexico Registered Nurse (RN) license or active Compact RN license eligible to practice in New Mexico.
• Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) from an accredited nursing program.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Minimum of three (3) years of Registered Nurse experience .
• Strong clinical assessment, communication, and critical thinking skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification.
• Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification.
• Previous experience in a Medical-Surgical or acute care hospital setting.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced inpatient environment.
