About the Role

As the Administrator, you'll oversee the daily operations of our hospital, ensuring excellence in patient care, compliance, and staff development. This is a key leadership role with the opportunity to make a lasting impact on patients, staff, and the community.

What You'll Do

Lead daily operations of the hospital and ensure high-quality, patient-centered care.

Maintain compliance with Joint Commission, CMS, and state behavioral health regulations.

Develop and manage budgets, resources, and operational plans.

Mentor and support staff to foster a positive, collaborative work culture.

Drive growth by identifying opportunities for new programs and community partnerships.

Represent the hospital to stakeholders, referral sources, and the local community.

What We're Looking For

Strong knowledge of inpatient behavioral health operations and regulatory standards.

Proven ability to manage budgets, lead teams, and improve patient outcomes.

Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Salary: $80k-$95k salary + benefits (health, vision, dental, 401k)

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm
