Senior ServiceNow Administrator Citizen
Job description
Australian Citizens residing in Australia with Baseline Clearance only respond.
- 3+ years experience administering the ServiceNow platform
- Practical knowledge and experience with ServiceNow concepts and tools, including but not limited to knowledge management, flow designer, service bridge and notifications.
- Knowledge of ITSM principles
- High order troubleshooting and incident resolution in a ServiceNow context.
- Ability to work with technical and non-technical staff at all levels
Desirable criteria
- Knowledge / experience with the ServiceNow Protected Platform (SPP) Good knowledge of development and security best practices when delivering ICT solutions. Experience / awareness of accessibility requirements and current Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG). Ability to work in a fast paced, agile, environment. Ability to work with geographically dispersed teams Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Communicate honestly, clearly, proactively and consistently
