- Manage vehicle inventory, including stock rotation, pricing, and promotional campaigns.
- Monitor sales performance metrics and prepare regular reports for senior management.
- Maintain strong relationships with customers, finance partners, and manufacturers.
- Handle escalated customer issues with professionalism and efficiency.
- Stay updated on automotive market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
- Collaborate with marketing and aftersales teams to maximize dealership performance.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years experience in automotive sales
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive environment.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and customer service abilities.
- Sound knowledge of vehicle financing, trade-in processes, and dealership operations.
- Valid Australian drivers licence.
