Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily branch operations, ensuring high-quality service delivery

• Lead and motivate staff, providing coaching, training, and performance evaluations
• Monitor branch performance, including sales targets, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency
• Develop and implement strategies to improve branch profitability and enhance customer retention
• Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and safety standards
• Resolve escalated customer issues and conflicts to maintain customer satisfaction •

Prepare and manage branch budgets, forecasts, and financial reports

• Align branch goals with overall company objectives, collaborating with senior leadership
• Organize and conduct staff meetings to review performance and set goals

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field •

35 years of branch management, retail, or supervisory experience

Proven leadership and team management skills

Strong financial management and budgeting experience

Excellent communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills

Ability to resolve conflicts and handle difficult situations professionally

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and branch management software
