Our Client are leaders in horticulture, landscaping, and plant care services. Collectively, they bring creativity, craftsmanship, and expertise to private, commercial, and public clients. As continue to expand, we are seeking an ambitious and results-driven Quantity Surveyor.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full tender process.
- Review tender documentation (drawings, specs, schedules) to identify scope, risks, and clarifications.
- Prepare Bills of Quantities, detailed cost breakdowns, and tender summaries .
- Support the business development team with pricing input for frameworks, repeat clients, and negotiated tenders.
Key Requirements
- Proven track record as a Quantity Surveyor within the construction and landscaping.
- 5+ years experience.
- Excellent management and negotiation skills.
- Strategic thinker with hands-on execution capability.
