Job description

We are an international distribution company looking to hire motivated

individuals. The ideal candidates are hard working, organized and detail

oriented.

We are looking to hire 2 individuals to work in our invoicing / customer service and also assist the Operations Manager.

Duties Include

Interacting with customers and suppliers

Working with freight companies

Processing invoicing packets and customer orders

Processing vendor invoices

Applying customer payments

Sending monthly statements to customers

Answering phone calls / E-mails

Data entry

General office duties including filing

Microsoft Excel knowledge required. QuickBooks experience a plus

These are entry level positions. No experience necessary. We are willing to train.

Located in the Ronkonkoma Area near Islip Airport
