Senior Finance Analyst (RTR)

Job Overview
We are looking for a Senior Finance Analyst with strong experience in Record-to-Report (RTR), Revenue Accounting, Cost Accounting, Financial Reporting, and Reconciliations.
The ideal candidate should have a solid foundation in finance and accounting concepts, strong stakeholder management capabilities, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume, and deadline-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities.
- Process and post journal entries in SAP accurately and on time.
- Perform revenue accounting and cost accounting activities.
- Prepare and analyze accruals, cost allocations, and financial adjustments.
- Perform balance sheet reconciliations and account analysis.
- Review trial balances and provide commentary on significant account movements.
- Conduct financial analysis and investigate variances across revenue and cost accounts.
- Support financial reporting requirements and consolidation activities.
- Partner with regional stakeholders to resolve accounting and reporting issues.
- Communicate accounting risks, issues, and recommendations proactively.
- Support audit and compliance requirements.
- Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and controls.
- Maintain process documentation and standard operating procedures.
- Stakeholder Management
- Build strong relationships with regional and global stakeholders.
- Collaborate with Finance Controllers, FP&A, Treasury, Tax, Payroll, AP, AR, and business partners.
- Provide timely responses to stakeholder inquiries and reporting requests.
- Effectively communicate accounting impacts, risks, and required actions.
- Work with different nationalities and cross-functional teams in a shared services environment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Finance, Business Management, or any related field.
- 4-5 years of direct Finance and Accounting experience.
- Strong experience in Record-to-Report (RTR) and General Ledger Accounting.
- Strong foundation in Revenue Accounting and Cost Accounting.
- Experience in Financial Reporting, Financial Analysis, Reconciliations, Accruals, and Cost Allocations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, particularly in reconciliation activities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong stakeholder management experience.
- Experience working with regional or global stakeholders.
- SAP experience is preferred.
- Shared Services, BPO, or Global Business Services experience is highly preferred.
- Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.

Work Environment & Schedule
