Supporting and developing the quick technical support service by regularly updating the reference and information base in the company's system.

• Providing technical consultations to dealers and customers on the operation fault diagnosis and technical repair of agricultural machines (by telephone, email, and on-site visits to dealers and customers).
• Troubleshooting equipment problems with dealer technicians and investigating the causes of the issues.
• Field support during the harvest season in the area of responsibility.
• Technical training for importers, dealers, and customers in machine design, repair, and operation; training in the use of service applications and the correct management of after-sales processes in the system.
• Maintaining direct active communication with directors/suppliers on all business matters. Providing immediate information to management on events requiring special attention.
• Registering, processing, and analyzing information on detected faults of machinery according to approved parameters.
• Monitoring the implementation of machine improvement programs if any are issued.
• Creating and submitting warranty claims according to the rules

Providing technical support to the spare parts department regarding issues requiring additional technical information.

• Supporting dealerships/spare parts teams with recommended spare parts stock creation prior tonew product introduction or pre-season.
• Supporting the sales department in the preparation and demonstration of the product (participation in exhibitions and field days).
• Objectively assessing own qualifications, defining, and implementing a development plan for machinery and other products (technical or other training)

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in engineering, or other related fields, very good knowledge of electronics and hydraulics
• Practical experience with agricultural machinery for at least 5 years (experience in operation, maintenance and repair)
• Good English language skills
• Knowledge of Microsoft office, Power point, Excel, Word
• Confidence, stress tolerance, communication skills, initiative, willingness to work on a travelling basis, flexibility, ability to work in a team.
