Sales Trainer

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Sales Trainer to join our clients team. As a Sales Trainer, you will be responsible for developing, delivering, and evaluating training programs that enhance the skills and performance of the sales team. You will play a pivotal role in empowering the sales team with the knowledge and tools needed to achieve sales targets, build customer relationships, and contribute to the company's growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement effective sales training programs to develop product knowledge, sales techniques, and negotiation skills.
• Conduct training sessions for new hires and ongoing training for the current sales team.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and adjust as necessary to ensure continual improvement.
• Work closely with sales management to identify training needs based on performance and market trends.
• Develop materials such as manuals, scripts, and presentations to support training sessions.
• Provide one-on-one coaching and mentorship to help team members achieve their full potential.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and new training methods to continually improve the training program.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Sales Trainer or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of sales techniques, customer relationship management, and market dynamics.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to motivate and inspire others to achieve their goals.
• Experience in the food & beverage distribution or related industry is a plus.
• Fluency in both Khmer and English is highly desirable.
