Working Condition: Hybrid Working (3 Days at Office and 2 Days from Anywhere OR WFA)

Pay Rate: THB 75000 to THB 100000 + Other Benefits

Job Overview

An exciting opportunity to take ownership of Manufacturing Execution System (MES) implementation within a dynamic and fast-growing IT consultancy . This role requires a strong technical background, industry expertise, and problem-solving skills to ensure successful project execution and client satisfaction.

As an MES Consultant , you will collaborate closely with manufacturing clients to analyze business processes, configure MES solutions, and support system integration while ensuring compliance with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

Business Analysis & Solution Design

Understand and assess client requirements to design and configure MES solutions tailored to their manufacturing processes .

Recommend best practices to optimize MES usage and improve operational efficiency.

System Implementation & Integration

Support end-to-end project activities , including system implementation, testing, validation, and go-live support .

Configure MES solutions and integrate them with external systems such as ERP, SCADA, and IoT platforms .

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues , coordinating with internal teams and external partners as needed.

Compliance & Continuous Improvement

Ensure MES implementations comply with industry regulations and company standards.

Identify opportunities for process improvements and assist in driving digital transformation initiatives.

Qualifications & Requirements

Education

Bachelors degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science , or a related field.

Experience & Skills

Minimum 3 years of experience as an MES Consultant or in an IT/manufacturing systems-related role .

Proficiency in MES solution design, configuration, and ERP integration is an advantage.

Strong analytical skills to assess business processes and recommend suitable MES solutions .

Familiarity with manufacturing processes , particularly in regulated industries (e.g., pharmaceuticals, automotive, electronics, or food production ), is a plus.

Languages & Communication

Fluency in Japanese and English (both oral and written) is required .

Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills .

Ability to work in fast-paced project environments , meet tight deadlines, and manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Soft Skills

Self-motivated and capable of working independently while being an effective team player .

Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
