4x Pipe Fitter

Position: Pipe Fitter

Location: Macclesfield

Hours: Mon-Fri, approx 49hrs/weeks

Start Date: Immediate

Duration: 8 weeks

PAYE Pay Rates: £20.17/hr, Including Hol Pay

The Role

Integrate Engineering Resources are currently recruiting for additional Pipe Fitters on behalf of our client for a water treatment site near Macclesfield. Duties will include:

• Working from drawings, fitting pre fabricated small bore thin wall metric tube and large bare pipework (up to 1 metre in diameter)
• Cutting, threading, and bending carbon and stainless steel pipework
• Assembling and installing piping systems, including fittings, valves, brackets and supports
• Testing piping systems for leaks using pressure gauges and other testing equipment
• Repairing or replacing damaged pipes, valves, or fittings
• Following all health and safety policies

Requirements

• CSCS card
• NVQ / City & Guilds qualification in Pipe Fitting trade
• IPAF and PASMA cards (an advantage)
• Experience of working on water treatment sites
