Location: Scottsdale, AZ
Compensation: $60,000$ - 65,000 base + Commission (Total Comp Potential: $85,000+)

For over 50 years, we've empowered individuals to transform their lives through evidence-based wellness and personalized coaching. As we expand into the North Phoenix area with three new locations, we're looking for a passionate and driven General Manager to lead our flagship Scottsdale studio.

You are more than a manager, you're a compassionate leader, a dynamic salesperson, and a self-starter who thrives on solving problems and motivating others. You're excited about the opportunity to open a new studio and take full ownership of its success, especially during the pre-sale phase.
Key Responsibilities
Studio Launch & Pre-Sale Execution
Lead pre-sale activities and drive membership conversions before doors open
Execute local grassroots marketing campaigns and community outreach
Partner with corporate to prepare for a high-impact grand opening
Sales & Lead Generation
Exceed monthly sales goals through walk-ins, lead follow-up, outbound outreach, and in-studio consultations
Own the full sales cycle with empathy and confidence, making each prospect feel heard and supported
Track leads, conversion rates, and follow-up effectiveness using CRM tools
Studio Operations & Leadership
Hire, train, and coach a high-performing team passionate about changing lives
Maintain a clean, professional, and welcoming studio environment
Implement systems to ensure daily efficiency and client satisfaction
Community Engagement
Build partnerships with local gyms, businesses, wellness providers, and influencers
Attend events, health fairs, and pop-ups to expand brand awareness
Host on-site events to engage potential and existing members
What You Bring
Proven General Manager or Sales Manager experience (wellness, fitness, medspa, or boutique health preferred)
Pre-sale experience is required you've built a book of business before a grand opening and thrived under pressure
Excellent sales skills with a proven ability to close and build rapport
Confidence in community outreach and event planning
Natural empathy and passion for helping others live a better, healthier life
Initiative and independence: you can assess situations and make smart decisions on your own
Strong organizational skills and ability, to manage different personalities and priorities
Available full-time , including Saturday mornings
