Job description

Job Objective

To lead and manage the strategic identification, selection, and legal/administrative processing of new land acquisitions to support the development of upcoming company facilities.

Key responsibility

  • Identify, evaluate, and secure suitable land and property sites for future facility developments based on corporate growth strategy.
  • Manage the end-to-end processing of land acquisitions, including negotiations, due diligence, and zoning/permitting requirements.
  • Collaborate closely with legal and finance teams to ensure all transactions comply with local regulations and budget constraints.
  • Conduct market research and feasibility studies to assess land value, development potential, and associated risks.

Maintain accurate records of land deeds, contracts, and zoning approvals.

Academic experience required

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, business administration, Supply Chain, Finance, or a related field.

Professional experience required

  • Minimum of 5–7 years of experience in commercial real estate acquisition, land development, or property management.
  • Proven track record of successful land selection and negotiation processes.

Computing Skills

  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with GIS (Geographic Information Systems) or real estate management software is preferred.

Personal Skills

  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
  • Excellent analytical and risk-assessment abilities.
  • Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills.

Languages

  • Fluent in English (both written and spoken).
