Position Overview

We are seeking motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Trip Advisors. In this role, you will assist clients with planning and booking travel, provide recommendations, and ensure every trip runs smoothly from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist clients with booking flights, accommodations, cruises, and vacation packages •

Offer personalized recommendations based on client preferences and goals

Manage reservations, itinerary changes, and cancellations as needed

Deliver outstanding customer service and maintain client relationships

Stay current with travel industry updates, trends, and promotions

Qualifications

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail

Comfortable working independently in a remote setting

Previous experience in travel, hospitality, or customer service is a plus (not required)

Enthusiasm for travel and helping others create memorable experiences
