Now 4 brand (Rene Furterer, Avene, Klorane and Ducray) proudcts are sold in different channels in Korea.
Your mission
E-commerce Key Account Manager (KAM)
1. Key Responsibilities
- Manage and lead flagship domestic E-commerce channels (Coupang) and Online Duty-Free (Travel Retail) channels.
- Directly set up and optimize Coupang in-app CPC advertising to maximize ROI and ROAS.
- Conduct demand forecasting and inventory management based on promotions and seasonal sales trends.
- Oversee and handle third-party operational agencies for online duty-free channels (aligning promotions, setting sales guidelines, and leading overall communications).
- Establish annual/monthly sales targets and manage channel-specific P&L.
2. Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience with 5–8 years of E-commerce MD experience within the beauty/cosmetics industry.
- Proven track record as a Key Account Manager (KAM) for Coupang, with hands-on experience in Coupang CPC ad management.
- Essential experience in managing online duty-free channels and handling external agencies.
- Strong data-driven approach to sales volume forecasting and strategic stock planning.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to collaborate smoothly with both cross-functional teams and external partners.
