Job description

Compensation: $45000 - $55000 per year We're seeking a vital addition to our team as a Customer Service Representative at an industrial mixer manufacturing facility. This role involves collaborating closely with the Owner and Commercial Director to shape their office culture. The key responsibilities include building customer relationships, educating them about products, handling administrative tasks, managing shipping and invoicing, and fostering an efficient workflow. The ideal candidate possesses attention to detail, adaptability, and a proactive approach. You'll work with various teams, enhancing the industrial mixer product line, and contributing to our growth.

This company is located in Columbia Station, OH and is relocating to Brooklyn Heights, OH in First Quarter 2024.

Customer Service Representative Responsibilities

  • Audit accounts, document customer communications, and update the CRM.
  • Assist with administrative tasks and ensure smooth customer and manufacturing processes. This would include verifying terms with customers, MRO ordering, and inventory cycling.
  • Oversee day-to-day shipping and seek process improvements.
  • Collaborate with various teams to enhance product efficiency.
  • Report product trends and issues to management.

Customer Service Representative Requirements

  • QuickBooks experience, preferably "QuickBooks Enterprise – Manufacturing and Wholesale." If no Quickbooks experience, then CRM experience is required.
  • Proficiency in standard office software (Word, Excel, CRM, etc.).
  • Strong multitasking and adaptability.
  • Positive attitude and a customer-centric mindset.
  • Extensive customer-facing experience, capable of handling various customer issues.
